This picture started from rolling Art Dice that a friend gifted me earlier in the year. And… it ended with this cartoon which I probably should have called, Welcome to America.

When I was younger, I would always get fed a line about our great American healthcare system. Everyone in the world wanted to come here for healthcare because we have the best doctors, the best hospitals, the best whatever. Maybe it’s true. Maybe it’s not.

But, you know… having the best is fucking irrelevant when most people can’t afford it.
