I hadn’t looked at my website in a while and, when I did, I realized it had been nearly two months (maybe more now?) since the last time I tried to add anything.
I went through a similar issue when I was making music. I started strong, had lots to say and write down, kept to a schedule – then eventually, I ran out of ideas.
The pretty pictures I’ve spent time making over the years don’t amount to much when they just sit in my closet gathering dust. I no longer have the room or desire to have them hanging up in my own house. So, I don’t really know what I’m going to do with all of it.
Part of me just wants to pack it up, take it to Goodwill, and have a nice clean house. I’ll collect other people’s art for a while and just pretend none of this ever happened. Another part of me can’t stand the idea of just giving it away for free.
Anyway, I’m not entirely sure what I’m going to do in the long term but I know that, for right now, I’m done. Until I figure out a new plan, I may as well just kick back, relax, and play some video games.
